The Delaware Stars Youth Ice Hockey Association was established in 2003 and call the Centre Ice rink in Harrington home. We are a full travel organization for players ages 4-18.

We have teams at the MITE (U6 & U8) SQUIRT (U10) PEEWEE (U12) BANTAM (U14) MIDGET (U16 & U18) Levels as well as run the HAVOC High School Team.

The Stars are a part of the DVHL (Delaware Valley Hockey League) and The Havoc High School team is part of the DHSHL (Delaware High School Hockey League).

The STARS Practice Tues & Thurs nights at the Centre Ice Rink and play games on most Saturdays and Sundays from Sept to early March.

The mission of the Delaware Stars Youth Ice Hockey Association (DSYIHA) is to promote the love of hockey to all players from recreational skill level to the elite travel player allowing the opportunity for all to advance and enjoy the sport.  

The organization’s goal is to provide the opportunity and means for all kids in the Delaware community to play hockey as well as build a competitive travel program.

DSYIHA’s program is designed to develop individual self-esteem and sportsmanship among its members through quality coaching, instruction, and administrative operations.  All participants will be encouraged to develop their leadership, social life, and hockey skills to the highest possible level.  Academic excellence will remain the student athlete’s first priority
